How I pay
After placing the order through our website, it will be processed by the company's operators who will contact you by e-mail / phone to confirm the availability of your products and guide you to the final confirmation of the proforma invoice issued by our company. There are two cases: 1.) In the case of CARD PAYMENT or REFUND orders, the order will be found in your account and you will be able to view and pay by CARD or you can cancel by accessing the "My Account" button on the right of the screen (if you are logged in to the site).
In "My Account" you will find all your orders issued so far in descending order and you will be able to view them with the "VIEW" button. If you press view on the page that will open, it will contain at the top the order, and at the bottom "INVOICE INVOICE" and the corresponding order buttons (if the document has not been confirmed yet). 2.) In case of orders that are paid through PO or picked up from Stores, you will receive an e-mail with the PROFORM BILL. Please do not pay any order if you have not received the corresponding PROFORM INVOICE !!!
Any advance payment will be refunded by deducting the bank fee if a proforma invoice has not been issued on the basis of which the amount is to be paid. After carefully checking the proforma invoice and accepting it, you will be able to make the payment in the following ways: VISA or MASTERCARD credit / debit card (with active online payment type) Through this payment method you can pay in full the PROFORMA INVOICE through a secure system provided by Lybra Bank. The transaction will be performed securely exclusively on Lybra Bank's servers. TPH Comercial does not request or store any information about your card. There are no additional charges for payment with the card. Payments will be made in RON regardless of the type of card used. Payment by card can only be made on the basis of a proforma invoice attached to the customer's account. No card payments can be made until we accept (confirm) your order.
The system accepts cards issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (Classic and Maestro) active in terms of online payment. Payment order, CEC, postal order Through this payment method you can pay in full the FORMAL INVOICE from any Bank, CEC or Post Office. And in this case, the delivery term starts from the moment the money enters the account. Postal money orders have a very long deadline for sending money. Choose this option knowing that the delivery time can be extended up to 30 days.
Cash You can pay in cash at our company's headquarters as well as at any of the stores, provided you request the pick-up from the respective working point. Installments We can offer you payment terms in installments for the products of your choice without advance and without guarantors in collaboration with CETELEM or other financial companies of your choice. The conditions for granting the loan, other information and the necessary documents can be found on the Rates page. repayment You can pay for the products ordered in the Refund system (when picking up the package from the Authorized Courier). In order to be able to pay in the Refund system, you only need to select the respective option during the issuance of orders and the staff in the sales department will contact you with details regarding the delivery.
